All sales are final. All of our products that are sold on Beefyco.com are limited edition collectible items, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
If your merchandise has a significant manufacturer defect such as broken or missing parts, we will be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. If an item for exchange is out of stock, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a full refund. You must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within TEN (10) days from the date of purchase. It is under BeeFy & Co. discretion to determine and accept defective items returned in its original packaging and all accessories included. If returns does not meet our conditions, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged or your item will be returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
BeeFy & Co. respects all our customers personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade or release any customer information to anyone or third parties under any circumstances.
Customers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws and all fees, taxes, duties, customs and other expenses. All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the United States) are shipped either USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Mail International. *Addtional shipping charge will be included for all International Orders.
